Dominion KX IV–101 can be configured for local or remote authentication. To prepare for configuring external authentication, see Gathering LDAP/Radius Information.
Dominion KX IV–101 is shipped with one built-in administrator account: admin, which is ideal for initial login and system administration. You cannot delete 'admin' or change its permissions, but you can change the username and password. For other security settings related to user management, see Security.
