The Locked Out Users report displays users who are currently locked out of CC-SG because they made too many unsuccessful login attempts. You can unlock users from the report. See Lockout settings.
To generate the Locked Out Users report:
Choose Reports > Users > Locked Out Users.
To unlock a user who has been locked out of CC-SG:
Select the user you want to unlock then click Unlock User.
