Discover Devices Product Subnet

This option discovers SX II devices on the device subnet. This is the subnet of the SX II device's IP address.

You can access these devices directly from the Subnet page or add them to your list of favorites.

This feature allows multiple SX II devices to interoperate and scale automatically.

The SX II Remote Console automatically discovers the SX II devices, and any other Raritan device, in the subnet of the SX II.

• To discover devices on the device subnet:

1. Choose Manage > Discover Devices - SX II Subnet.

   

   The Discover Devices - SX II Subnet page appears.

2. Click Refresh. The list of devices on the local subnet is refreshed.

• To add devices to your Favorites List:

1. Select the checkbox next to the device name/IP address.
2. Click Add.

• To access a discovered device:

• Click the device name or IP address for that device. A new browser opens to that device.
