When Text Readability is selected, all video modes are designed to provide high-quality, readable text.
This setting is ideal when working with computer GUIs, such as when performing server administration and so on.
When working in full color video modes, a slight contrast boost is provided, and text is sharper.
In lower quality video modes, bandwidth is decreased at the expense of accuracy.
