KVM target connections are not automatically launched from the latest Safari versions.
The following steps will correct this.
Option 1:
When connecting to a target, click "Open the Finder" from your Mac's Download icon, select the downloaded jnlp file, then right click Open.
Option 2:
Choose System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Allow apps downloaded from: Anywhere.
